Vikram Vedha Day 8 (2nd Friday) Box Office Collection Estimates, Decent Hold

Vikram Vedha is showing a decent hold at the box office on the 2nd Friday (8th day) as early trends for the day are coming in. The film is reporting a business drop of 30% from 1st Thursday. This is accepted in most cases but not in the case of VV as 1st Thursday business was below par. Ideally, the film needed to stay close to the 1st Thursday numbers.

VV occupancy details for the second Friday are given below. The film started slowly in the morning and occupancy remained low in noon shows. The film did show growth from evening onwards and as per the latest registered an occupancy of 20-25%.

Vikram Vedha 2nd Friday Occupancy Report (Samples only) -

Morning - 7-8%

Noon - 8-10%

Evening & Night - 20-25%

The early trend suggests Vikram Vedha Second Friday Box Office Collection is heading towards the 2.25-2.5 (+/-) crore nett range. These are early estimates from the limited samples and the final count for the day may vary.

Thus, Vikram Vedha's total business at the end of day 8 is heading towards the 61 (+/-) crore nett range. The hold on the 2nd Friday suggests the film's lifetime collection is heading towards the 80-85 crore nett finish. If the film shows big growth on the 2nd Saturday (day 9) and 2nd Sunday (day 10) then box office numbers could even touch the 90 crore nett mark and if the film fails to show big growth on these days then numbers could stay below 80. It also means the film has literally no chance of touching the 100 crore nett in India unless it trends exceptionally well till Diwali.
