Ek Villain Returns Day 1 (Friday) Box Office Collection Early Estimates

Ek Villain Returns have taken a decent start at the box office despite receiving extreme reviews from the critics. This is a rarity in today's time as films open to dude numbers despite getting positive reviews from the critics. Hence, it is a pleasant change from the norm nowadays.

Ek Villain Returns has opened better on single screens. In fact, opening on single screens can be said as good. In a few places, it is very good also. But the real problem for the film is the opening in multiplexes. Be it premium and high-end plexes or general plexes. The opening is poor to just average.

Occupancy for the day so far is around 20% on average. However, single screen occupancy is around 30-40% which is good considering the film budget. Occupancy in multiplexes is low at around 13-15%. Kindly note that major single screens reports are awaited and hence occupancy in SS maybe even better than the estimates.

The early trend suggests, Ek Villain Returns First Day Box Office Collection is heading towards the 6-6.5 (+/-) crore nett mark. These are early estimates from limited samples. Kindly note that major reports from interiors are awaited and the film is doing comparatively better there. Hence, the final count can easily go higher than the predicted estimates. Hence, the film's day one box office numbers can even touch the 7 crore nett mark.

The start of Ek Villain Returns is pretty decent and let's see how things unfold from Saturday (Day 2) onwards.
