Sooryavanshi Second Day (Saturday) Collection Early Trends, Strong Hold

Sooryavanshi has shown a very strong hold on Saturday (Day 2) at the box office as early trends for the day is coming in. This means the film is heading for another big day at the ticket counters. Many shows were again reported Sold Out or near about Sold Out for the day. This is simply fantastic.

Sooryavanshi opened to good 25-30% occupancy in the morning shows today. The film showed good growth in noon and afternoon time and registered 45 to 50% occupancy. The film further showed growth in the evening time and as per the latest registering 60% occupancy. 

When samples of Saturday are compared to Friday then there is a minimal drop of 10% or so. That is very much acceptable considering we have earlier seen a bigger drop on the day after Diwali.

Occupancy Report of Sooryavanshi for Saturday (Samples only) - 

Morning - 25-30% (Friday - 30%)

Noon - 45-50% (Friday - 55-60%)

Evening - 60% (Friday - 60-65%)

Early trends suggest Sooryavanshi 2nd day business is trending towards a 22-23 crore net mark. These are early estimates from the limited samples. The final count will be higher or lower depending on how the film performs in the interiors whose reports are awaited at this moment and also on the night shows performances.

Sooryavanshi's box office performance so far is very good, considering the current post-pandemic scenario and also considering the fact that in many parts of India only 50% occupancy is allowed. 

Film's two days total is heading towards the 48-49 crore net mark. If the film performs exceedingly well in the night shows today, then there is also a possibility of even touching the 50 crore net mark by the end of the day. The film is now eyeing 75 crore net for the opening weekend.
