Bunty Aur Babli 2 is faring poorly at the Indian box office. The film performed poorly on the first day and now has remained absolutely flat on the 2nd Day (Saturday). The trend is not looking good and critic's word of mouth is extremely mixed. The film may see some growth on Sunday (3rd day) but might see a significant drop from 1st Monday onward.
Bunty Aur Babli 2 has collected a poor 2.5-2.75 crore net approx on day 2. Thus, the film total collection after 2 days is a meager 5.1-5.35 crore net approx. The film is now even struggling to touch 10 crore net business for the first weekend. This is shocking.
Bunty Aur Babli 2 was never expected to set the box office on fire. But at least there was some expectation after Sooryavanshi's superlative box office performance. Now film's opening weekend business is trending towards a paltry 8-9 crores max.
Bunty Aur Babli 2 lifetime business may wrap up under 20 crore net unless there is a big jump on Sunday and a solid hold on 1st Monday. Ideally film first-weekend business should have been in excess of 15 crore net and it will fail to touch that mark by miles now.
