Evening-Night Update (11:30 PM IST): Thamma has shown a solid hold on Day 2 at the box office. As per the latest trends, the film collected around ₹18.5 crore net in India. This takes the two-day total to an impressive ₹43.6 crore net approx. The film is trending well; however, considering the horror universe and the holiday period, collections could have been even better. Still, the momentum is positive, the numbers are strong, and with the weekend ahead, more growth is expected at the box office.
Afternoon Update (2:30 PM IST): Thamma is showing a solid hold on Day 2 so far. The film has registered 30-35% occupancy in the noon-afternoon shows, with overall occupancy for the day so far around 23-24%. Based on the current trend till the afternoon shows, the film is eyeing a solid ₹18-19 crore net for the day.
Ideally, the film should have targeted at least ₹25 crore net for the day, as Day 1 collections were only decent. However, business remains pretty strong, and the film can still score well if it maintains its momentum in the coming days.

Overall, the film is performing well, though it could have ideally done even better.
