Evening-Night Update (8 PM IST): Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat has performed fantastically on Day 3 as well. As per the latest box office reports, the film is estimated to collect around ₹6-6.25 crore net on its third day. This marks a drop of around 25-30% compared to Day 2, which is quite good considering the strong start it had.
The film has already performed exceptionally well on its first two days, and the superb hold on Day 3 further confirms its solid trend at the box office. Importantly, the weekend is still ahead, which is expected to give a further boost to collections.
Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat has now collected approximately ₹24.5-24.75 crore net in total, and the film is racing towards the ₹50 crore net mark in India. At this pace, EDKD is set to become one of the rare films in recent times to emerge as a Clean Hit at the box office.

The film has registered 25-30% occupancy in the noon–afternoon shows, with overall occupancy for the day so far around 20-21%.
