SON OF SARDAAR 2 BOX OFFICE COLLECTION DAY 1 (FRIDAY)
Night Update (8 PM IST): Son of Sardaar 2 has shown solid growth in the evening and night shows, which has somewhat salvaged the day. Otherwise, a disastrous first day was on the cards. However, collections are still below the mark, and the film will need a big jump on Saturday to recover lost ground. As per early estimates, the film is expected to collect around ₹6.5-7 crore net on Day 1. A few shows are still left for the day, so the final count may vary slightly.

Noon Update (2 PM IST): Son of Sardaar 2 has shown limited growth in the noon shows, registering around 20% occupancy. Overall occupancy for the day so far stands at approximately 17%. The film needs a big boost in the evening and night shows to salvage the day.
As per the trend till noon, the film is currently targeting a low 4-5 crore net for the day, which is well below the desired level. Stay tuned for more updates!
Morning Update (11 AM IST): Son of Sardaar 2 has taken a shockingly low start on Friday morning. The film is facing severe screen issues due to multiple new and holdover releases. Occupancy is also on the lower side. Problems are plenty at this moment.
The film urgently needs a big jump in occupancy as the day progresses if it wants to put up a respectable Day 1 total. As things stand, the film is currently eyeing ₹4-5 crore net for the day - which is much below the expected level.
