Drishyam 2 has taken a solid start again on Tuesday (5th Day) morning shows. It means another big day on the cards as the film should see an increase in occupancy as the day progresses. The film has already touched 75 crore nett in the first four days and is now racing towards the 100 crore nett mark.
Drishyam 2 opened to 16-17% occupancy in the morning shows of day 5. For the same, Monday opening was 21% or so. It means a drop of 20% is seen when only morning shows are taken into consideration.
Drishyam 2 is eyeing another double-digit finish on Tuesday. Even if the film fails to touch the double-digit mark it should touch 9 crore nett for the day. Drishyam 2 is targeting 85 crore nett business at the end of day 5. The film will emerge as a Hit by the end of the day. It's happy days for the film industry as a whole as here comes a true blue smash hit after a very long long time.
