Raksha Bandhan collections have gone down on Independence Day Holiday which is touted as one of the biggest box office days. This is an absolute rarity as collections should have seen growth. But that is not the case anymore.
Raksha Bandhan collected 6.3 crore nett approx on day 5 (Monday). Film registered a drop of 10-12% from Sunday. Ideally, the film should have seen growth and here it is exactly the opposite. Raksha Bandhan's total business at the end of the five days of the extended holiday weekend is around 34.45 crore nett approx.
Raksha Bandhan Tuesday (Day 6) business will give us some idea on the lifetime collections. The way film is trending even 50 crore nett will be a morale boost. A 60-70 crore nett mark looks really tough from here on. Even that is not enough as the film needs much more than that to emerge as a success at the box office.

Friday - 6.4 crore nett
Saturday - 6.5 crore nett
Sunday - 7.05 crore nett
Monday - 6.3 crore nett
