Tracking the box office performance of Raksha Bandhan is absolutely depressing so far. There is simply no hope of sunshine despite the film entering the 6th day. In fact, as weekdays have started film has opened to record low occupancy.
Raksha Bandhan has opened to a very horrific 6-7% occupancy in the morning shows of Day 6 (Tuesday). For the same, Friday's opening was around 12%. It means an occupancy drop of nearly 50% is registered from Friday. The business drop will be even more.

Raksha Bandhan did a business of 34.5 crore nett approx in the extended holiday weekend. Tuesday (6th day) business will determine where the film is heading in the long run.
A 60-70 crore nett business from here on will be a good morale booster for the film. Realistically that looks very very tough from here on. Even that is not enough as the film needs much more than that to emerge as a success. And God forbid if film collapses on Tuesday then even 50 crore nett will be a tough ask. This is simply unthinkable as trade expected film to zoom past that figure by the end of the first weekend itself.
