Liger collected 3.75 crore nett approx on Sunday. The film registered a drop of 10-15% from the previous day. Thus, the film's first weekend total currently stands at 13.8 crore nett approx.
One of the main reasons for the drop on Sunday is a cricket match between India vs Pakistan. However, as Sunday generally shows a jump, ideally Sunday numbers should have been similar to Saturday at least. Liger has underperformed in the opening weekend and honestly, an 18-20 crore nett mark would have been a par score.
