Doctor Strange: In the Multiverse of Madness had a solid hold on the second Friday (8th day) at the box office. The film reported only a 30% drop from 1st Thursday which is fantastic. This is despite the film carrying mixed reports. There should be a good jump on the 2nd Saturday (day 9) and the 2nd Sunday (day 10) now.
Doctor Strange 2 collected 3.25 crore nett approx on day 8. Thus, film total business currently stands at 105.5 crore nett approx. A solid hold on the 2nd Friday means the film will now easily go past the 120 crore nett mark and that should happen by the end of the second week itself.
As for lifetime collection, it is currently trending towards the 130 crore nett mark. If the film shows a further strong trend in the third week then a 135 crore nett lifetime collection is also a possibility. Overall, film has emerges as a HIT in India.
