Dhaakad Friday (First Day) Collection Estimates, Horrific Start

Dhaakad has taken a horrific start to the box office campaign on the first day (Friday) as early trends are coming in. The start is extremely dismal and simply shocking. The film even failed to see the necessary growth in the latter part of the day also.

Dhaakad occupancy details for the day are given below. Overall occupancy for the day so far is 7-8% which is simply disastrous. The film is carrying a significant budget and will need a huge push on day 2. Otherwise, it will be all over.

Noon - 5-10%

Evening-Night - 8-10%

The early trend suggests Dhaakad will just cross the 1 crore nett mark for the day. In fact, currently, it is trending towards the 1.2-1.3 (+/-) crore nett range. This is unbelievable. Reports from interiors and night shows are awaited. But even if the film performs decently there it will not add much to the total.
