KGF: Chapter2 2 Hindi version had a record smashing extended the first week. It also becomes the highest grossing Hindi film of the year 2022 in 8 days flat surpassing The Kashmir Files and RRR. The great news is that film has still not out and has retained most of its screen for week two. Get set ready for another rocking week.
KGF 2 collected a huge 13.6 crore nett approx on day 8 (2nd Thursday). The film reported a drop of around 15-20% from the previous day which is very much acceptable. Considering the film had a huge 1st Wednesday, hold for 2nd Thursday is excellent.
KGF 2 total business at the end of 8 days is 268.6 crore nett approx. The film is now racing towards 300 crore nett and should touch this elite mark by the end of the second Sunday (day 11). As for lifetime business, it is right now trending towards the 350-400 crore nett mark. Again a lot depends on the hold film shows on 2nd Friday (day 9) which is today.
