Bachchhan Paandey has taken a similar opening on Sunday (day 3) as the previous day. The opening is on par or marginally better at places. There will be a good jump in the day show as today is Sunday. However big growth may be missing as trending so far is mixed.
Bachchhan Paandey opened with 30-32% occupancy in the morning shows today. For the same, Saturday opening was around 30%. Friday opening was better with 40% but that was in very limited shows.
Bachchhan Paandey will definitely collect in the double-digit for the day. But how much after that? Ideally, the film needed to collect in the region of 20 crore nett mark if not more. However, Saturday has gone flat and it means Sunday collection may remain much below the par level.
Bachchhan Paandey has collected 25-25.5 crore nett approx in the first two days and it looks like the first weekend total is heading towards the 38-40 crore nett range. Ideally, the film needed a 50 crore nett or more for the weekend and the film is already lagging behind by a big margin.
