Badhaai Do had a pretty ordinary First Day (Friday) at the box office. Film registered low occupancy all through the day. Film now needs to pick up its pace through the weekend to have a reasonable opening weekend total.
Badhaai Do has collected 1.65 crore net approx on day one. First day occupancy was around 15% which is pretty low.
Initial audience word of mouth is mixed to positive so far. Critic reviews are on the positive side. Ideally, Badhaai Do needs a good growth of at least 50% if not more on Saturday. If that happens then the film has a chance of having a respectable business at the box office. As the film has started slowly, growth on Sunday will also be crucial.
