Pushpa: The Rise - Part 01 Hindi version had a good start in India. The film has registered 25-30% occupancy for Hindi version across India and that is not at all bad considering how the film fared post-pandemic. In addition, the film is also facing stiff opposition in Spider-Man.
Pushpa Hindi version has added 3 crore net approx on day one. The Telugu version has added a very well 75 lakh net approx on day one in the non-south belt. It means the film has collected a very good 3.75 crore net from the non-south belts. There is now no doubt that Allu Arjun has a following in the non-south belt also.
Pushpa has done massive business when Telugu and other languages are taken into account. The film should collect 47-48 crore net approx all India from all languages on Friday. This is historic considering the post-pandemic period. It also means Pushpa has taken the highest opening ever in India post-covid era. In single words, Pushpa is - fire not flower, across India on day one.
With good word of mouth Pushpa will only rise from here. Hindi version is bound to show growth on Day 2 and day 3. This means the film has every possibility of emerging as a hit in the Hindi version. As for other languages, there will be a drop as south India generally shows a drop from day 2 onwards. Hope the drop is not much and the film continues to perform well across India.
