Roohi goes steady on Monday (4th day) at the box office. The film reported a drop of 40% from Friday which is very much acceptable. The only issue is that the film business is at a lower level. Again, these are special times and any kind of business can be touted as good.
Roohi has added 1.35 crore net approx on day 5. Roohi's total business thus stands at 13.9 crore net approx. The film's first-week business is now trending towards a 16-17 crore net range with decent to good trending from here on.
Roohi's lifetime business should now go past the 20 crore net mark unless the film drops big on the 2nd Friday. There is a good possibility that the film may touch 25 crore net in its theatrical run in India. It is still a long way. But if that target is achieved then it will be some kind of achievement for the film. Finally, Roohi has proved one thing and that is movie lovers are eagerly waiting for new movies to get a release in theatres.
