Street Dancer 3D had a decent start to its box office campaign on opening Friday. However, collections could have been easily better because it got a wide release and because of its stellar star cast. Still start is decent and a good trending will give the film a chance in the coming days.
Street Dancer 3D has collected 10.25 crore net approx. Honestly, the film should have taken a start of 13-15 crore net approx. Now it needs a big jump on Saturday and even on Sunday to put up a respectable first weekend total.
Occupancy for the first day is 25% which does not look good at all. However, there is a scope of growth on Saturday as the audience word of mouth is on the positive side. Critics word of mouth is mixed but that hardly matters as nobody gives a damn to them nowadays.
