Drishyam: The Conclusion is heading towards its theatrical release with a huge pre-release buzz. The much-awaited Drishyam 3 is showing an EXCEPTIONAL trend in advance booking, with the film recording strong admissions across the leading national chains.
Starring Ajay Devgn in the iconic role of Vijay Salgaonkar, the third instalment is set to arrive in cinemas on Friday, October 2, 2026. The latest booking numbers suggest that a BIG opening day could be on the cards.
Drishyam 3 Advance Booking Shows EXCEPTIONAL Trend
Trade exhibitor Aditya Chowksey shared the latest advance status on Wednesday morning, highlighting the strong response for the opening day.
As of 7:30 AM on Wednesday, Drishyam: The Conclusion had recorded around 1.02 lakh admits at PVR INOX and another 27,000 admits at Cinepolis for Day 1.

That takes the combined admissions across the two major national chains to approximately 1.29 lakh, which is a strong pre-release indicator with more than a day still remaining before the film hits cinemas.
Chowksey termed the advance response “exceptional” and suggested that the film could go beyond optimistic trade expectations across Day 1, the opening weekend and the first week.
Drishyam 3 Opening Day: ₹40 Crore+ Potential?
The strong advance booking has significantly lifted expectations around the Drishyam 3 opening day box office collection. Current trade projections being reported across the industry are pointing towards the possibility of a ₹40 crore+ India net opening.
These are pre-release projections rather than confirmed figures, and the final number will depend on the remaining advance sales, show additions, occupancy and walk-in audience on Friday.
For comparison, Drishyam 2 opened at ₹15.35 crore net in India in 2022. The present advance momentum around Drishyam: The Conclusion is therefore already generating expectations of a much bigger start for the third chapter.
