Night Update (11:30 PM IST): Son of Sardaar 2 had an ordinary first week at the box office, collecting around ₹34 crore net. The numbers are disappointing, as the film should have comfortably crossed the ₹50 crore net mark. Ideally, the first week collection should have been at least ₹75 crore net, but the actuals are less than 50% of that. The film has emerged as a BIG FLOP and, by the final count, may even turn out to be a DISASTER! Let’s see how much it collects in the second week.
Noon Update (2 PM IST): Son of Sardaar 2 has registered around 8% occupancy till the noon shows. The film is steady, although at a low level now, and is eyeing ₹1.5-1.75 crore net approx for the day. Stay tuned for more updates!
