Night Update (11:30 PM IST): Son of Sardaar 2 has shown limited growth on Sunday and has collected around ₹9.5 crore net. With this, the film’s first weekend total stands at approximately ₹25.5 crore net. The weekend numbers are on the lower side, as the film needed to collect at least ₹40-45 crore net by now. It’s going to be a tough road ahead, and only an excellent trend from here on can give the film a fighting chance.
Morning Update (10:45 AM IST): Son of Sardaar 2 has registered around 15% occupancy in Sunday morning shows. The opening is marginally better than both Friday and Saturday, but the difference is not significant. As per the morning trend, the film is targeting ₹8-8.5 crore net approx for the day.
