The film remains steady despite a reduction in screens, which is a positive sign. A strong trend on Day 8 gives the film hope, and if it continues with a superb trend from here on, it can emerge as a 'success' at the box office. The total collection at the end of Day 8 stands at around ₹28.75 crore net approx. A big jump is expected on Day 9 now.

Despite a reduction in shows, the film looks steady going by the morning trend of the second Friday. The initial trend suggests the film is targeting ₹1.5-1.75 crore net approx for the day. The numbers could go higher if the film shows solid growth as the day progresses. A strong second Friday is a must for Metro if it aims to emerge as a success in the coming days.
