Night Update (7:30 PM IST): Maalik has remained more or less flat on Sunday and has shown very limited growth. The film is expected to collect around ₹5.5 crore net (approx), taking the first weekend total to an underwhelming ₹14 crore net. Ideally, the film’s weekend total should have touched the ₹20 crore net mark. The fact that it failed to show solid growth on both Saturday and Sunday is not a good sign. Let’s see how the film trends on weekdays now.
Morning Update (11 AM IST): Malik has registered 10-15% occupancy in the morning shows of Day 3. The opening is better than both Friday and Saturday. The film is targeting ₹5.5-6 crore net approx for the day based on the morning trend. Stay tuned!
