Night Update (7:45 PM IST): Maalik has registered 18-20% occupancy in the night shows, with overall occupancy for the day around 12-13%. The film did show growth with each passing show, but overall footfalls remained underwhelming. Ideally, it needed a better turnout. As per early estimates, the film’s first-day collection is trending towards ₹3.5 crore net approx. Kindly note that these are early estimates and the final count may vary.

Noon Update (2 PM IST): Malik has registered 10-15% occupancy in the noon shows. Overall occupancy for the day so far is around 9-10%. The film is targeting ₹3-4 crore net (approx) for the day based on the trend till noon. Stay tuned!
Morning Update (11 AM IST): Maalik has registered 5-7% occupancy in the morning shows, which is a slow start. Ideally, the film needed a better opening and hence needs to pick up pace as the day progresses. The initial morning trend suggests the film is expected to collect around ₹3 crore net approx for the day. The film needs more than that, so a strong pickup in the latter shows is essential.
