Rating Score -> 2.5/5
This Salman Khan starrer once again plays to the gallery for his die-hard fans. It is a larger-than-life actioner with brutal violence and tons of drama. The problem is that it entertains only briefly.

2. Times Now -

Rating Score -> 2/5
Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is a film for Salman Khan fans. It is a no-brainer, full maar-dhaar, naach-gaana, dance-shance wala entertainer. If you look very, very closely, there's a story. And when you find it, it is like finding the almighty him/herself. But, like most things Bhaijaan does, KKBKKJ dil mein aata hai, samajh mein nahi.

3. India TV -

Salman Khan starrer is a family entertainer; perfect Eidi for fans. Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan has all the ingredients of an entertainer-- action, drama, romance, and comedy which is the pattern of Salman Khan films. Especially Salman Khan's entry and Venkatesh's fight, and Ram Charan's cameo make it worth watching.

4. Komal Nahta -

Rating Score -> n/a
Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is a weak film with very ordinary merits. Its disjointed script is its weakest point while Salman Khan’s presence and the oncoming Eid festival (when box-office collections will show a huge rise) are the biggest plus points. But in the final tally, it will prove to be a dull fare.

5. News 18 -

Rating Score -> 2.5/5
Unsurprisingly, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan doesn’t need you to put your grey matter to use and the makers are unapologetic about that. It is simplistic and run-of-the-mill and lacks novelty and even a purpose. It is sheer fluff and an out-and-out popcorn entertainment. Keep your judgements and rationale aside and it might not disappoint you.

6. Rediff -

Rating Score -> 1/5
While not as ghastly as Antim or Radhe, depending how low your benchmark is, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ka Jaan is one heck of a banal and boring affair, spending its 144 clueless minutes on awkward romance, dreary melodrama, dowdy faceoffs and a forcibly squeezed in song for the lamest of reasons.

Rating Score -> 3/5
#KisiKaBhaiKisiKiJaan: MASS-MASALA. Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ #KBKJ is #SalmanKhan show from Scene A to Z… Rides on #Salman’s star power completely… Excellent action [interval block and finale] and foot-tapping soundtrack [lavish filming] are aces… Also, the second half is much, much better than the first.

There's a line in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan that Salman's character says more than once: “Jab dil, dimaag aur body bole 'Bhai bas bhi karo', I say, 'Bring it on". I wish, I could say the same, alas, that's not happening! And brace yourself, for there's a sequel coming for sure, sit back after end credits for that blink and miss hint. Till then, watch KKBKKJ and decide if it was your perfect Eid Mubarak gift.

9. Indian Express -

Rating Score -> 1/5
A tired, unimaginative amalgamation of every Salman Khan version. The last time a Salman Khan film had Bhaijaan in the title, its prefix was ‘Bajrangi’, and that solid Kabir Khan film had, verily, a story. This Bhaijaan is running on empty.

10. NDTV -

Rating Score -> 1/5
Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is a travesty of gigantic proportions no matter what geography you belong to, what history you believe in and what you think cinema should be. A bad film is a bad film. KKBKKJ is beyond bad.

11. India Today -

Rating Score -> 2/5
Salman Khan's Eid offering needs a disclaimer to safeguard your sanity. Eid release Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is a quintessential Salman Khan film. Fans of Bhaijaan will love it, but if you try to find logic, you'll be disappointed big time.

12. The Hindu -

Rating Score -> n/a
Salman Khan parodies himself in a silly action-drama. Farhad Samji’s new movie is annoying, uninspired and full of empty odes to its fading superstar

13. Khaleej Times -

Is KKBKKJ worth a trip to the theaters? If you are a true-blue Salman Khan fan, even the prospect of watching aghast a story line that oscillates between melodrama, logic defying action, hip thrusting, mass choreographed song sequences starring air-brushed heroes and heroines can’t be that hard, can it?

14. DNA -

Rating Score -> 3/5
Salman Khan's stardom drives this mass entertainer in his perfect Eidi to fans. Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is a true-blue Salman Khan film, a complete family entertainer that his fans have expected for many years.

15. First Post -

Rating Score -> 3.5/5
Salman Khan and familia offer a perfect Eidi with this massy entertainer. Salman Khan, like always rules the screen with swag and ultimate presence with the combination of dumdaar dialogues and massy action sequences.

  1. 2.15 is mixed? How badly you keep defending Salman, you gave thumbs up to trailers like Radhe & KKBKKJ. A box office website operator behaving like a fanboy of an actor is pathetic. Grow up man

  2. Just wondering how TOH or Fan were negative in this scenario. Double standards for sure.
