Pathaan Third Day Box Office Collection Estimates, Shows Extraordinary Hold, Set to Emerge as BLOCKBUSTER

Pathaan has emerged as a sure-shot blockbuster in the coming days as it has shown an extraordinary hold on Friday (3rd Day) at the box office. The film was expected to see a drop as the first two days were record-shattering and simply out of this planet. However, the film holds its own despite a working day and thus heading towards a mammoth Day 3 now. 

In the process, the film also touched the 150 cr NBOC in 3 days flat. Again a never happened phenomenon as far as Bollywood or Hindi films are concerned. The film has smashed KGF 2 (Hindi) box office records by a big margin as far as the first 3 days are taken into the consideration.

Pathan opened to 20-25% occupancy in the morning shows today. That is ok as it is usual for a working day. The film picked up its pace rapidly and registered a big jump in noon shows and recorded a fantastic 30-35% occupancy. The film went to another level from evening onwards and as per the latest reporting an excellent 60-65% occupancy.

Pathan is showing a 40% drop from the first day so far which is simply excellent considering Day 1 box office numbers were historic. The early trend suggests Pathaan Third Day Box Office Collection is heading towards the 35 crore nett range. These are early estimates from limited samples and the final count for the day may vary. If the film does well in interiors, whose reports are awaited, the actuals could go even higher. 

Pathaan total business in India at the end of Day 3 is heading towards the 162-163 cr NBOC mark. These are beyond dream numbers and nobody in trade expected Pathaan to do such business in the first 3 days. Excellent hold on the 3rd Day also means the film is now seriously chasing 400 cr NBOC in India and could go beyond that also if continues its winning run post the extended holiday weekend.
