Avatar 2 has opened big on the 2nd Sunday (10th Day) morning shows as early samples are coming in. The film opened better than 2nd Saturday and that is fabulous considering it opened excellently on the 2nd Saturday.
Avatar 2 has opened to 50-55% occupancy on day 10. For the same, Day 9 opening was 35%. It means a jump of 50% is seen when only morning shows are considered. There is no doubt that Avatar 2 will easily touch the 20 crore nett for the day and may even challenge 25 cr NBOC for the day.
Avatar: The Way Of Water collected 225 crore nett approx in the first 9 days of business in India. The film should go close to 250 crore nett or may even touch that by the end of day 10. The film has accumulated a staggering $681.1 million globally and Christmas and New Year period has just started.
