Avatar 2 is heading towards a historic 3rd Friday (15th day) at the box office as early trends are coming in. The film is rock solid in its collection and a record-smashing third week on cards now.
Avatar: The Way Of Water is showing no drop as such on the 3rd Friday in comparison to the 3rd Thursday. This is insane stuff again. In a few places, the drop is around 10% approx whereas in others a similar jump is seen. Overall collections are more or less the same.
The early trend suggests Avatar 2 Third Friday Box Office Collection is heading towards the 9 (+/-) crore nett mark. Kindly note that these are early estimates and the final count for the day may vary.
Thus, Avatar 2 total business at the end of Day 15 is heading towards 299.5-300 cr NBOC. It means the film will either touch the 300 crore mark by the end of the day or by the 3rd Saturday (16th day) morning shows.
Avatar 2 should now do business of 35-40 crore nett for the third weekend. It may be more also if the film shows a huge jump on the 3rd Saturday and the 3rd Sunday. The film is on track to touch 350 crore nett by the end of week three or inside the fourth weekend. As per the current trend Avatar 2 lifetime collection is heading towards the 375 crore nett mark. It means the film is on track to smash the Avengers: Endgame lifetime collection record in India.
