Drishyam 2 had an excellent second weekend at the box office. The film has shown further jump on the 2nd Sunday (day 10) and collected a huge for the day. Thus, the film is nearing the 150 crore nett mark now.
Drishyam 2 added a fantastic 17.3 crore nett approx on day 10. The film reported growth of nearly 25% from 2nd Saturday. This is after 2nd Saturday registered a huge jump from 2nd Friday. Drishyam 2 collected 39.2 crore nett approx in the second weekend. Such a box office number is a dream for many in the first weekend.
Drishyam 2 total business thus stands at 143.8 crore nett approx. The film should touch the 150 crore nett mark on the 2nd Tuesday (day 12) now. If the film shows extraordinary hold on the 2nd Monday (day 11) then it can touch the 150 cr mark by the end of day 11 itself. Drishyam 2 has emerged as a Super Hit now and it is heading towards a Blockbuster verdict. The way things are moving film should attain a blockbuster verdict by end of the third weekend. As for lifetime collection film is on track to touch and go past the elusive 200 cr NBOC mark.
