Thor: Love and Thunder had a good first week at the box office. It is a good week one mainly due to very good business in the extended first weekend. However, the film saw a big drop in business on weekdays and collections were low.
Thor added a huge 64.8 crore nett approx in the extended first weekend whereas only a meagre 15 crore nett on weekdays. Film total business thus stands at 79.8 crore nett approx.
Thor should go past the 90 crore nett mark in its theatrical run in India. A 100 crore nett looks tough at this moment and only a good second weekend will help its cause. Film lifetime business is trending towards a 95 crore nett finish. Thor has emerged as a HIT in India.
