It means film total business at the end of day 5 is heading towards 46.25(+/-) crore nett range. The film should touch the 50 crore nett mark on Wednesday (day 6). If not then it will touch that on Thursday (day 7).
The trend of the film is so far ok. The problem is the film started slowly on Friday morning and saw a big drop on Monday. Had Friday and Monday been better the collections would have been much better than what it is right now. Let's be positive and hope that film remains strong in the coming days.
