JugJugg Jeeyo had a decent to good first weekend total at the box office. Although the film started slowly on Friday morning, it recovered ground through the weekend. The film showed a good jump on Saturday and Sunday to go past the 35 crore nett mark.
JJJ added 15.1 crore nett approx on day 3 (Sunday). The jump from Saturday was around 20% which is pretty good. In fact, the trend of the film is solid so far. Film's first weekend total stands at 36.9 crore nett. Ideally, the film needed 40 crore nett weekend and it is not much behind now from that mark.
Overall, JJJ's first-weekend business is decent to good so far. A slow Friday meant film remain 3-4 crores away from a good total. Still, the film has recovered well after a slow opening. Hope the film remains super strong on Monday.
Now coming to weekdays. JJJ can't afford a normal 50% drop on Monday. In general cases, a drop of 50% would have been ok. However, in the case of JJJ, a drop of less than 50% is a must. If possible Monday drop should be 30-40% at the max. Let's see how the film progresses on weekdays. A 100 crore nett looks really tough from here on unless the film shows solid trending. A 70-80 crore nett is on if we see a normal trend for the film. That will not be enough to take the film to the Hit zone.
