Doctor Strange: In The Multiverse of Madness had a decent 1st Monday (4th day) at the box office. Although film registered a big drop from 1st Friday which suggests the ground level word of mouth is average. However, the job is already done as the film is nearing 90 crore nett business in India now.
Doctor Strange 2 added 7.5 crore nett approx on day 4. The drop from 1st Friday is around 70-75% which is significant. Thus, the film's total collection currently stands at 87 crore nett approx.
Doctor Strange 2 should touch the 100 crore nett mark inside the first week unless there is another big drop on 1st Tuesday (day 5). The film has emerged as a HIT in India on the power of strong first weekend box office performance. As for lifetime collection it is heading towards 120-125 crore nett finish considering film shows decent trending from here on.
