KGF: Chapter 2 has taken a thunderous start at the box office on the 2nd Sunday (11th day) morning shows. This is great news and there is no doubt that the film will score in excess of 20 crore nett for the day now.
KGF 2 has opened to 50% occupancy in the morning shows today. Opening for 2nd Saturday was 33%. It means a jump of 50% is seen when only morning shows are taken into account. KGF 2 will see a further increase in occupancy in the noon shows. There may be a dip in occupancy in night shows but again that is because tomorrow is a working Monday.
KGF 2 is eyeing 50-52 crore nett for the second weekend now. If film shows a big jump on Sunday then add another 2 crores approx to the total. As we write film has also touched the magical and elusive 300 crore nett in India. Thus, it has become the first Hindi film (or Hindi Dubbed) film to touch 300 crore nett in India post-pandemic times.
