Tadap had a decent first weekend at the box office. The film showed a good jump on Sunday (3rd day) to take the weekend score to a respectable position. Now let's hope that film shows solid hold on 1st Monday. If the film manages that then it may emerge as a success. Monday is crucial.
Tadap added 5.35 crore net approx on day 3. The film's total collection at the end of the opening weekend is 13.5 crore net. Monday and Tuesday business will give us an idea on the lifetime business of the film.
Considering the post-pandemic release factor and face value of the film, we can say that collections are good so far. The main problem is film trending. A big growth on Saturday or even Sunday is missing. Which is not a good sign. Also, ground-level reports are mixed. Plus family audiences are skipping this film. On the positive side, youth are coming to theaters to watch this flick. Hope they continue to do that on weekdays.
