Pushpa Hindi version had a good first weekend in India. The film had shown further growth on Sunday (3rd day) and thus has put up a good first weekend total. This is despite facing a storm in Spider-Man and having only limited screens across India.
Pushpa Hindi has added a very well 5 crore net approx on day 3. Thus, the film weekend total is 12 crore net approx. This is great actually considering it is the post-covid era and the film got a limited release. It also means Allu Arjun has a decent following in the Hindi belt.
As Pushpa is performing exceptionally well on single screens. The film should be steady with a minimal drop on Monday (4th day). Generally, films doing well in SS show less drop than multiplexes. An 18-20 crore net for the first week is a possibility now and a lifetime business of 25-30 crore net is a possibility from the Hindi version now. If the film manages that it will emerge as a winner in Hindi. And remember the second installment is all set to get a bigger opening now in the Hindi belt.
