Satyameva Jayate 2 is showing tremors in Monday (Fifth Day) Morning shows. Occupancy is dropping to a low level and this is despite reduced in screens. The film is already performing at a lower level on the weekend and because of that drop may not be colossal. But there will be a significant drop today unless there is a big pick-up in the latter part of the day.
Satyameva Jayate 2 opens to 6% occupancy in much-reduced screens. For the same, Thursday opening was 9% and Friday opening was 7-8%. There will be some jump in occupancy in evening and night shows but it may be limited.
Satyameva Jayate 2 has collected 10.5-10.75 crore net in the extended first weekend. The film's first-week collection is heading towards a poor 14-15 crore net range. Lifetime collection may even struggle to touch 20 crore net in India. Who would have thought about that prior to its release in theaters?
