As Akshay Kumar announces his next Diwali biggie, Raksha Bandhan which will release on 5 November 2021. There is no doubt that Akshay has reached the peak of his career now. He is delivering Hit after Hit and looking unstoppable in the coming times. His all upcoming films are looking promising and diversified.
No doubt with the start of this decade 2020-2029, Akshay is all set to rule. Just look at his movie lineups:- Laxmmi Bomb, Sooryavanshi, Prithviraj, BellBottom, BachchanPandey, AtrangiRe, and now Raksha Bandhan. He has also booked all the major Release Dates of 2020 and 2021. Rejoice for all his fans!
Laxmmi Bomb will miss a theatrical release and will directly release on Disney Plus Hotstar in September 2020. Sooryavanshi is all set to release on Diwali 2020 in theaters. The release dates of Prithiviraj, Bell Bottom, and Bachchan Pandey are not confirmed yet. All thanks to the Coronavirus pandemic. However, most of these films if not all should get released in 2021. Obviously, Raksha Bandhan will now take Diwali 2021 slot. That is confirmed. Atrangi Re is slated for February 2021 release and even if it gets postponed will most likely release in the first half of 2021.
Akshay has delivered back to back hits in the last 3-4 years. His all movies have made good to excellent profits. But now the time has come to go to the next level. Time has come for his domination. He needs a huge grosser. A film that can claim to be in 300 crore club or even more. And it looks like he has got a few to challenge that mark.
Every decade is remembered for domination by a certain actor or a combination of 2-3 actors. We hope the 2020-2029 decade belongs to Akshay Kumar as he is the most hardworking and easily one of the most talented actors/star of our times.
