Thappad has shown good jump on second day (Saturday) at the box office. The film has reported a growth of 70-75% from first day. This gives film a chance now. The film will need another good jump on Sunday to put up a respectable first weekend total.
Thappad has collected 5.05 crore net approx on day 2. Film total collection thus stands at 8.1 crore net approx. Film first weekend business is heading towards 14.5-15 crore net approx.
Thappad is doing decent business so far. Trending is also pretty good. The film will need a good hold on 1st Monday and then will need good trending through the weekdays to have a chance of emerging as a success.
