Street Dancer 3D has shown a good jump on Saturday (2nd day) at the box office. Despite the jump, collections are still decent only as first day numbers are below par. The film will need another good jump on Sunday to put a respectable first weekend total.
Street Dancer 3D has collected 13.2 crore net approx on day 2. Film total business thus stands at 23.45 crore net approx. Film first weekend business is heading towards 40-41 crore net range now. Ideally, film needed a 50 crore net for the opening weekend considering all the release factors.
Street Dancer 3D will not only need a good jump on 1st Sunday but also will need a strong hold on 1st Monday. A general 40-50% drop on 1st Monday will be a bad sign as Friday numbers are already below par. However, before that film needs a good 20-30% jump on Sunday if possible.
