War 2nd Wednesday (8th Day) Collection Update for Morning Shows

War has taken a decent start on 2nd Wednesday (8th day) at the box office as early samples for morning shows are coming in. Film is showing first major drop but job is already done as film has collected in excess of 200 crore nett in India. The question now is whether the film can touch 300 crore nett or not.

War has opened to 14-15% occupancy in the morning shows today. Samples are from multiplexes only. For the same 1st Monday opening was 20-25%. Occupancy drop for morning shows is 35% or so. Ticket prices are again a little bit lower at places today. Hence, business drop will be little more than occupancy drop.

War has touched 215 crore nett in the first week (7 days). Business is simply historic! Film has thus shattered all existing box office record outside Baahubali 2. Film is now racing towards 250 crore nett. War should collect in double digit for the day with decent to good growth in the second half of the day. Numbers could again go higher if the film shows excellent growth again. By evening time we will have a rough idea on the 8th day's business.
