War 2nd Day (Thursday) Collection Early Trends, Good Hold!

War is showing a good hold on 2nd Day (Thursday) at the box office as early trends for the day are coming in. Although hold is good it could have been even better. Reason, film is registering a significant drop of 60% or so from day one. This drop could have been less. Again significant drop is because film is coming off from a national holiday and it collected massively on the first day.

War opened to a decent 25% occupancy in the morning shows today. The film picked up in the noon shows and registered occupancy of 30%. Film further picked up from evening onward and as per the latest registering an occupancy of 40% or so.

Drop in multiplexes is around 60-62%. Drop in single screens should be less. Major single screen reports are awaited at this moment.

Occupancy Report of War for 1st Thursday (Samples only) - 

Morning - 25% (Wed 80%)

Noon - 30% (Wed 90%)

Evening - 40% (Wed 75%)

The early trend suggests War Second Day business is heading towards a good 20 crore nett mark. These are early estimates from limited samples and actual may vary. Night shows just started and major reports from interiors are awaited. Hence, the final count for the day may vary.
