War 12th Day (2nd Sunday) Collection Early Trends, Good Growth Again!

War is showing good jump again on 2nd Sunday (12th day) at the box office as early trends for the day are coming in. The film is reporting a jump of 15-20% on day 12 from day 11. Jump is good considering that 2nd Saturday already saw a big jump.

War opened to 35-40% occupancy in the morning shows today. The film showed growth in the noon and registered occupancy of 55-60%. Film has held well from evening onward with little drop seen. As per the latest film is registering occupancy of 45-50%. There might be a further drop in night shows as tomorrow is Monday.


Occupancy Report of War for 2nd Sunday (Samples only) - 

Morning - 35-40% (2nd Sat 30%)

Noon - 55-60% (2nd Sat 40%)

Evening - 45-50% (2nd Sat 50%)

The early trends suggest War 12th Day Business is trending towards 14 crore net mark. These are early estimates from limited samples. Night shows about to start and reports are awaited. Also, major interior reports for the day is awaited.

War has collected nearly 258 crore net in the first 11 days. Film second weekend business is trending towards a fantastic 33.5 crore net mark. Film is on track to touch 300 crore net in India. Film is a Super Hit and may end up as a Blockbuster in the final run.

  2. Finally a movie which is based on heroism and redefines the meaning of Hero in a film and Audience recognises that.Otherwise nowadays there is hardly any heroism in film.

  4. War has sustained very well in its second weekend as it recorded collections of over 30 crore nett which has only been done by three other films this year. Despite coming off a huge holiday week it has managed to maintain collections though has been helped by the weak competition. The film has a clear run now till the release of Housefull 4 on Diwali.


    The total collections of the film are 257 crore nett and the film has raked huge numbers in East and South India. There has been an extended holiday period in East and Nizam / Andhra but the film has held very well after the holiday period as well. The best collections for this film are still coming from places like West Bengal and Assam. The apprx collections of the War (Hindi) are as follows.
