Ideally, film needed massive growth to say in the region of 100% or may be more. Still, good jump keeps the film floating and it will need further big jump on Sunday to put up something for the opening weekend.
Now coming to The Sky Is Pink box office performance. Film has added 4.25 crore net on day 2. Thus, film two day total is just 7 crore net. Trending suggests film first weekend total is heading towards 12-12.5 crore net mark. That is below par.
What TSIP can do is that it can stay strong on 1st Monday. The numbers should be close to Friday. Anything below and game over. After that film should sustain strong through the weekdays. If that happens the film will need a strong showing in week 2. There are lots of ifs and buts and that says how much tough task ahead for the film in the coming days. Before that film needs good growth again on Sunday.
