Housefull 4 has taken a strong start again at the box office on Wednesday (6th day) in the morning shows as early samples are coming in. Film is registering drop from previous day but it is nominal not that significant. Hope film strike big in the second half of the day to put up a very good total for the day.
The holiday period is almost over now except in a few places. There is still some holiday factor which will last for today. Other than that it is a working day in rest of India. Today hold and tomorrow (1st Thursday) hold is highly important and if everything goes well then we might be in for a big surprise.
Housefull 4 has opened to a good 19-20% occupancy in the morning shows. Samples are from multiplexes only. The single screen just about to start and reports are awaited. Start suggests the film is on track to touch double digit for the day. How much more it will collect after that will be interesting to see through the day.
Housefull 4 has been badly panned by critics. In fact, film received one of the worst reviews in recent times from critics. But that is having 'minus zero' affect on the box office. Today and tomorrow will clear the picture whether critics are relevant in today's time or not especially for the big event films.

Housefull franchise has always functioned with a permanent Superstar (Akshay Kumar), a permanent junior star (Ritesh Deshmukh), & rotating flop stars in every installment (Arjun Ramphal - Housefull 1; John Abraham - Housefull 2; Abhishek Bachchan - Housefull 3; & Bobby Deol - Housefull 4). Diwali ka Baad log movies enjoy karte h single screens public pura week movie dekh rahi h. Kyuki wahan housefull chal raha h monday se to jinhe tab tickets nhi mil paye wo Wednesday or Thursday dekhenge. Or 2nd weekend sure shot big surprise lane wala h. 2nd week 50 crore plus har haal main hone wala h 2nd week pura hote hi ye 180 crore paar kar jayegi. 3rd week main 200 complete.
