Housefull 4 vs Made In China vs Saand Ki Aankh vs War Screen Count Details as on 25 October 2019

Housefull 4 leads screen count fight against Made In China and Saand Ki Aankh by a big margin. It is like a solo release for Housefull 4 as it has managed to get most of the screens across India. The bad news is that War screening is heavily reduced and only limited screens are left for that. War may find it very tough to go further now.

Housefull 4 has got a good 3600-3700 screens approx as opening Friday (25 October 2019). Film ticket prices are higher with the potential of collecting 45-50 crore net from 100% occupancy. The film is just having a loss of 10-15% screens because of the clash. But again the film will benefit from Diwali festive time in the first week.


Made In China has managed to get a decent screening of 1100-1200 screens approx. The film is affected by clashing with Housefull 4. It would have easily got in excess of 1500 screens if it had come on some other date. Hence, there is a loss of 25% of the screens. No. of shows loss would be higher. However, film would get benefit of Diwali festive time and it can collect good if the film registers good occupancy through the first week.

Saand Ki Aankh is the biggest loser in the clash. The film screening is badly affected because of the clash with Housefull 4. It has got just 800-900 screens approx for Friday. It would have easily got 1200-1300 screens or even more if it would have released on some other date. There is a loss of 30-35% of screens because of the clash. This is bare minimum loss figure. Film will need a positive report if it entitles any chance of surviving at the box office. A good word of mouth is a must now.

War screening is heavily reduced for the fourth week. Film has already collected huge and it is of insignificance now that whether film retains any screens or not. It is already a Blockbuster. But going will be very tough as film has potential of collecting just 1-1.5 crore net max with 100% occupancy from here on. Means a 320 crore net mark is now a tough ask from here on unless film gets more screens on Monday.

Housefull 4 (Week 1) - 3600-3700 screen approx

Made In China (Week 1) - 1100-1200 screen approx

Saand Ki Aankh (Week 1) - 800-900 screen approx

War (Week 4) - 100-150 screen approx
