Chhichhore is showing an excellent hold on 2nd Friday (8th day) at the box office as early trends for the day are coming in. Film may have reduction in screens this week but there is simply no reduction in occupancy level. In fact, occupancy is on par or even better.
Chhichhore opened to good 20% occupancy in the morning shows. Film showed reasonable growth in noon time to register occupancy of 25-30%. Film has however picked up big from Evening onward and as per latest reporting occupancy of 60%.

Early trend suggests Chhichhore is on track to collect 5 crore nett for 2nd Friday (day 8). Numbers can go higher also. Night shows just started and major interior reports are awaited. Hence, the final count may be higher or lower.
Chhichhore is a HIT and is all set to emerge as a Super HIT in coming days. 2nd Friday hold almost confirm that. It is all about good growth through 2nd Saturday (9th day) and 2nd Sunday (10th day). Then the film should hold strong again on 2nd Monday (11th day). Film is now certain to go past 100 crore nett from here on.

ReplyDeleteIn fact, it is going to be his highest grosser with chances of crossing 150 cr. MSD was not really his film as it took an opening because of Dhoni and it did not sustain that well. Sraddha Kapoor is on a roll with consecutive 100 cr grossers!
