Salman Khan confirms that he will star in the Hindi remake of South Korean Hit ‘Veteran’

The reports of Salman Khan starring in the official Hindi remake of Korean hit film, Veteran has come out to be true. 

Here’s what the superstar says in a recent interview where he was promoting his production ‘Notebook

I am doing 'Veteran'. Atul has the rights. It's a nice film. We will do this film after Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film."


Atul Agnihotri’s Reel Life Production has acquired rights from Korean production, CJ Entertainment.

Salman is done with the shooting of Bharat and is now gearing up for the Dabangg 3. Then follows, Sanjay Bhansali’s Inshallah after which he will focus on Veteran.

The Korean original film Veteran which came out in 2015 became one of the fourth highest grossing films of South Korea. The story revolves around a detective pitched against a young millionaire who uses his power of wealth and connections to escape justice. The film was directed by Ryoo Seung-wan and starred Hwang Jung-min as the veteran cop, with Yoo Ah-in as his playboy nemesis.
