Gully Boy had a good extended first weekend at box office. Film trending is also good specially in big cities and hope that continues in coming days. Film is heading towards an outright HIT and that result will be out in a day or two.
Gully Boy has collected an approx 21.3 crore nett on Sunday (day 4). This is exactly what we mentioned in our early trends yesterday. Film total collection for the weekend is very good 72.45 crore nett. Film is not only on track to emerge as a HIT but also on track to go past 100 crore mark.
Gully Boy simply needs a decent hold on Monday. If hold is better than it is icing on the cake. Film is doing terrific in metros and 4-5 big cities. In rest of India business varies from poor to decent to good. From here on it is looking like Gully Boy majority business will be driven 8-10 big cities (including metros).
